I have done many walks in Manila Philippines, but there are two places for which are truly dear to my heart because of the people. These two areas are Tondo and Port Area Manila area. Don't ask me why, but the local vibes are like no other. In these certain parts of Tondo and Port Area Manila Philippines, they may not have a lot to show for, but they make do with it, and I have never seen anyone complain, not one! I've seen more people complain about life a lot more in the USA then anywhere else, so I was impressed when I explored these areas. If you ever visit Tondo or Port Area Manila, come with an open mind, and a heart to give back, they will change the way the mainstream media portrays them. Enjoy!
